Knowledge Sharing
by Michael Kranixfeld, Silke Pohl, Marleen Wolter and Aishe Spalthoff
in collaboration with Andrea Jördens, Hedwig Aselmeyer and Monika Steinmetz
The organization and sharing of knowledge is one of the most basic cultural and social actions. By preserving valuable knowledge, it creates bonds between the generations. The fight against oblivion provided the starting point for our discourse programme.
Hence we invited the participants for a rendezvous of skills: We connected the team mates on the basis of their fields of practical knowledge and let them compete with other pairs over several rounds. The rewards: Golden tickets to private performances of knowledge sharing with ladies in their best age.
